Trying to setup Intellisync on 7.5, fresh Windows 2008 Server install, IIS is installed with IIS 6 compatibility. WebDLL configuration indicates user needs to be added to IIS_WPG group which does not exist on this server.

Running the administrative install with the Intellisync Portal checked prompts for the settings for the portal but after running the install the web site for the portal is not created.

Is there any additional documentation outside of the implementation guide to get this running?

Well perhaps making progress, not sure. Going through the deploymnet using App Architect as the standard install is not deploying the portal. After restoring the 7.5 project and rebuilding the web platform I try to deploy the intellisync portal and was getting an error indicating the wbe site does not existing on the port specified (Trying 8087 as that is the defauly indicated in the AA help), I manually created the site and redeploy with no errors and now receive the following when accessing the web site for intellisync:

"Could not load file or assembly 'dtSearchNetApi2' or one of its dependencies.
An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format

Are you running an x64 build of Win2K8?

I seem to recall this being an issue with x64.

Set the Application Pool to Enable 32-Bit Applications.
I don't recall if the Managed Pipeline Mode had anything to do as well, I have mine setup to Classic, and seem to recall having changed it.

Hope this helps you out.

Raul, thanks!
