I've read a few posts with mixed responses on how to add a page that is related to an entity other than Ticket in the Customer Portal. I've tried mimicking how the PortalTicket page is configured to see if this will get me where I need to go. There is also some help documentation in AA that talks about added a related entity to the Customer Portal that got me started.

I'm trying to add the Contracts entity, so that customers can see the status of current and pending contracts on their account.

I have a new page, new nav group and item setup. The Listview group had been configured with datacode='CUSTOMERPORTAL'. I have added the LiveGroupViewer and PortalUser smartparts, and the GroupViewer module and the PortalSecurity Module.

Everything builds and deploys fine, but when I log into the Customer Portal and view the Contracts page, it just shows a blank page in the MainContent pane where it should be showing the listview created and released in previous steps. At this point, there no obvious differences in configuration that I can see between the PortalTicket and new Contracts pages.

Are there some buried settings I'm missing that need to be updated that can't be done in the AA?

Open the "Mainview" page you created. Go to the advanced tab. Then hit the configure button. Make sure to select the entity type IContract.
