Dependancy lookups

Hi
Does anyone have any information on how to use these properly. I need to have two dropdowns whereby the second list of values relates to what the user selects from the first lookup. I have played around with it a bit but can't get it to work correctly.
I have tried setting the databindings of the second list to be the value of the firstone but am not quite sure what I need to do with the seed values.

| okay, probably helps if I actually use a dependancy lookup and not a standard lookup control!!! |
