Problem creating a new contact over the xml template

Hi guys,
we have the problem, that we aren't able to create new contacts using the template xml of slx.
We have spoken to the sage support and they told us that we have to fill this line in the xml
""
but we aren't able to get this field in the downloaded xml.
when we download an existing contact, everything is working fine and we are able to upload an updated contact.
I've tried installing sp1 and hotfixes 6, 24, 30 but nothing helps. We're not receiving this field.
Maybe someone has an idea on this?
