Hey guys,

Here's the scenario of the lock-up issue:
User sends out an email to numerous recipients in Outlook, using SendSLx button.
User comes into SalesLogix (web 7.5 SP1 + all hotfixes to date).
User is prompted to select which duplicate Contact to create/attach the email History against.
There is no problem with the first 3 or 4 Contacts, but then when it gets to a certain Contact (always the same one), the dialog box freezes when you click either OK, Cancel, Close etc, regardless of which duplicate is selected.

This is a problem as these dialogs come up whenever the User logs in, thus they cannot use the system unless ActiveMail is disabled.
Does anyone know what might cause this dialog/process to lock-up? It is only happening for this Contact; everything works fine for the previous few recipients of the email.
I'm completely stuck as I don't even entirely understand what the process behind this dialog is.

I had to do some heavy troubleshooting around Send SLX and similar issues.

I would suggest that you run a Fiddler (or your favorite Sniffer) and follow the Upload track. Try and determine if attachments are being uploaded, if there are any errors returned, if there are any calls pending (I ran into a similar issue where a file upload would lock the session for a while).

Also, run SLX Profiler concurrently as it may also give you clues about the issue.
