Hi

Hopefully this is a simple question, with a simple solution

I am new to V7.5 WebClient, i have it working ok except when i do a contact lookup i do not get contact names as a hyperlinks, i get the Account names as a hyperlinks and can click to open the Account Details view from the contact lookup, but i am not able to open the contact detail screen from the contact lookup.
Thank you for any help you can provide.

By lookup, are you referring to the Lookup functionality on the Contact List view?

If so, this is how it works:

- The layout is based on your Default Contact group (as set in options). If that group does not have a Contact Column set as Entity Link, then whenever you do a Lookup it won't show it with a Hyperlink.
If so, you could change the layout of your default group (if you have enough access) or change your default group to one that has the correct layout.

BTW, if you change Options you will need to log out and log back in for the Options to truly take effect.
