Failure to create form with Datagrid
Posted: 11 Nov 09 2:36 PM
I have an entity called MyHistory. Contact entity has a 1:M relationship to MyHistory entity. I expand MyHistory entity, right click, select 'New Form Wizard', then I select 'Create Form with Grid', click Next on the Grid DataSource dialog i have Entity selected and MyHistory as the EntityType but the Method or property dropdown never contains any values so when I click next->finish I always receive an 'no property' error and the Form is still created but it becomes a simple form.
what am I missing to get some values in the 'Method or property' drop down ?

Typically if you have a 1:M relationship from MyHistory to Contact you would have a property on the MyHistory entity called Contacts. That is the property you would choose. Be aware that you will need to build your interfaces after making realtionship changes and before you are able to use them on forms.
