welcome page not displaying for admin

Hi,
I am working in Saleslogix web.
If i login as admin then nothing is showing in my welcome page.
But if i login as other users then i can able to see the welcome page.
But in all the pages, i can able to navigate.
I am not sure what happened?
I have just pressed ctrl+F5.
When i am login as admin
It is showing JS errors link
Ext.get{...} is null or not an object and Unterminated string constant
I tried to rebulid and redeploy the site. But not working....
But it is working in some other browsers, other than IE.
Can i please let me know how to resolve this?
