How to edit smartpart (AddEditAddress.ascx Your last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

We have gone into Portal Manager and right clicked Sage SalesLogix portal and deployed locally. We have opened up VS2008 to edit the form AddEditAddress.ascx. But when we open up the design screen we have Error Creating Control errors:

Error Creating Control - lblAddress3ResX file Could not find file 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\Common7\IDE\AddEditAddress_ClientScript.js'. Line 180, position 5. cannot be parsed.

Any help, advice would be appreciated. Is there another way to edit the Address smartpart?
