Where do I find the main Account List Page in AA (and contact page while we're at it) to change the columns?

The Lists that you are referring to are not defined in code, those are SalesLogix groups and each one has their own Layout, Sorts and Conditions.

In order to modify them, you need to log into the system as the user that created them (for Global groups that would typically be "ADMIN") and then edit each group. After you are done editing the group, you need to update the Releases of the group to ensure that all users that have access to that Group get the update.

Also, if you have to modify many groups, it may be easier to install the Windows Client and make the changes from there (it is just a bit faster to do it this way).
