It is my understanding that Account Managers are the only ones who get notifications on Accounts/Contacts. How would I go about setting up the notifications to go to the owners? Can you use a team as an account manager instead of a single person?

What kind of Notifications are you referring to?
You cannot use a Team as the Account Manager, but you could certainly modify the "Notifications" to be based out of the Owner Team rather than the individual Account Manager.

I believe notifications such as accounts that haven't been visited in a certain period of time, ...things like that(?)
Are these handled somewhere in administrator or is it an event in Architect?

That kind of notification is something that would be built out of KnowledgeSync or TaskCentre.

Otherwise, what you do within SLX is you build groups that match those conditions and let users access those groups. Since access to data is based on TEam Security, you wouldn't have to do anything additional (e.g.
"Accounts where Last History is Older than 2 weeks").

However, if you are looking at the KS and/or TaskCentre notifications, then you indeed need to reconfigure them to inlude Team Members.
