Dev install

What is the absolute minimum SLX install I can get alway with, if I just want to develop a lan client bundle in 7.5.2? I dont want to install all the servers, languages, clients, etc. I just would like architect and administrator

I believe you're actually in the wrong subforum, but to answer the question, all the plugins, processes, etc., are stored in the database so you'll have to install the OLEDB provider, and the database server if you don't have another box for that already. Plus the database itself of course, and licenses. And you can't test your work if you don't have the client installed... Only one language is required, though! 
You can do without synchronization, Speedsearch, Intellisync, and so on, though if your bundle stores any data you should (ideally) test it in a sync-enabled environment at some point. |

As john said - also, whenever you install the Admin tools - this will install several services - you only need the SalesLogx Server/System Services - you can stop DBEventing (used for PO) and SpeedSearch and SyncServer (if you install it). |
