Hi folks

Any idea why in a Picklist any text containing "&d" is having this text removed?

For instance if we have the value "r&d", the picklist in the frontend is only showing "r".

By replacing the & with & these values work, but it only seems to affect values where it is followed by a d?

Any one have any ideas?

Hi David,

Have you tried it on an eval? Maybe the &d is being encoded like would be....

Its probably a bug.

I suspect that's what it's doing, but I can't work out why it only affects &d and not other & symbols.

I'm not sure that &d means anything in html encoding?

Replacing it with & is working for now and at some point we'll be moving to 7.5.2. If I remember correctly there's a lot of changes in PickLists for SP2 so we'll just wait until then to see what effect that has.
