I have created a customized tab within the campaign module. But my problem is that I need to fresh the tab every time execute a C# Snippet Action Item (Obsolete).

The postback to run the C# Snippet should be enough to reload the tab. You could also try the Refresher.RefreshAll method, although this never seems to work for me.

Try calling the builtin Refresh() method also. This is supposed to be called when using Dialog's but might do the trick when on a maincontent form.
