Wishing the Web were a bit more like LAN...

From the Web Client (7.5.1 soon to be 7.5.2)
I do an Account Lookup and get a "Lookup Results" Group that is appropriate. I click the Account name to see it in "Detail." On the Contacts tab are listed the appropriate contacts for that account. I click on one of the contacts and I am taken to the detail for that contact.

HOWEVER...my contact is now in a group that is dependent upon what I as a user have set as the default group for that main view. So rather than a group of just the contacts for the account I was just looking at, I have a group of unrelated contacts with the one I selected somewhere in the middle (or by itself, depending on the default group.) I get the same behavior when moving from Account or Contact to Opportunity.

This is NOT good for my users who are lucky enough to remember even their usernames and passwords!

"Lookup Results" is not an option for a default group for any of those Main Views.

Solution?

Thanks ahead of time!
