Error is coming when we add new field in Customer Portal on AddEditPortal from. Error is coming while building Web

An application exception has occured.
Additional Information.
Build build (Sage.Platform.AdminModule)
Unable to load file, 'Entity Model\SalesLogix Applicaiton Entities\Ticket\QuickForms\AddPortalTicket.main.quickform.xml' (Sage.PlatForm.Projects)
Exception has been thrown by the target of an ovocation.(mscorlib)
There is an erro in XML document(0,0). (System.xml)
Root Elements is missing. (System.xml)

Did you ever find a solution to this, I'm running into the same issue, and I can't delete the form from the Application entity to start over.
