When i try to view report from SLX web client the following error comes

There was an unexpected error in TWebReporting.GenerateReport. The call to TWSSLCRReport.CreateReport failed. Logon failed (ErrorCode: -2147220981; Source: SLXWR.dll; Class: EWebReportingServerError)

Please if any know solution to this problem please reply ASAP.

Did you ever get a response or resolution for this?  I am receiving  the same error and have verified the connection string is correct.

Does it happen for every report? You did write the report using the provider didnt you? I.e. didnt "sysdba." all your tables....

This happens with an OOTB report running from the OOTB report .aspx page...


 


Resolution:


 


In SLX 7.5.4.


Reinstalled Web Upgrade 1-4.


Made sure app pool was correct in the Application Architect.


Redeployed web reporting server portal.


 


reports now run fine.
