were currently setting up are active mail. but we dont have active mail option in tools menu in Application Architect.

Active Mail is a per User Option.

When each user logs in, they can navigate over to their Options page and choose their default value for Active Mail.
User could also override their options on the Login page by selecting an option.

Activemail isn't set up in App Architect anymore. You need to run the install web host part, and when it installs the website you should see an MMserver virtual directory into that website this handles active mail.
