We have the Customer Portal and are using Tickets. The Tickets are found and opened by scrolling through the ticket list without problem. All that works. But when using Speed Search it will find the Ticket, and the Preview hyperlink will display, but the Ticket # HyperLink fails and the error at the bottom left of the Browser it as follows:

Webpage error details

User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 5.1; Trident/4.0; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; InfoPath.2; .NET CLR 3.0.4506.2152; .NET CLR 3.5.30729)

Message: 'Link' is undefined
Line: 1
Char: 1
Code: 0
URI: http://charon.fastinc.com:3333/SLXCustomerPortal/SpeedSearch.aspx

In addition, the properties on the Ticket Hyperlink are javascript: Link entitiyDetail('TICKET', 't6UJ9A0000G8')

Any ideas on what could be wrong with this?

Thanks

Tim
