Reverse Engineering with Visio 2010

Hi,
I've started some months ago to work with SLX. I'm not a database specialist. I need some advice and instruction how I can do reverse engineering with Visio 2010. I manage to "import" all the tables, but I can't visualize the connections and relationships between the tables. The vsd which I found here is good, but as we bought that system from a business partner of SLX I can't use that vsd. I need a overview of all the tables "including" the one the business partner has add and how they are related and connected to each other. Unfortunately they can't give me such an overview! I have to create it by myself. Can someone help me?
Thanks
Thanh

Unfortunately, as you already found out, Visio won't do this automatically for you, it will require a bit of manual work.
a) First of all, understand how SLX names tables and their IDs. b) Review the JoinData table, it will have most of the Relationships you would care off detailed in there. c) Consult the Out of the Box Data Map from ERD d) Request the BP that built the system to create an ERD for the Custom tables (expect to be charged for it).
