We have an issue with Saleslogix 7.5.1 Web (customised)

The library has disappeared from the library view in the web client. no mofifications have been made to that area.
We also have a 7.5.2 installation and the portals are configured identically but the library appears.
Below is the event log output when trying to access the library in 7.5.1

We have encountered this with more than one installation/deployment of Saleslogix web 7.5.1
