Auditing not working

Hi All,
I have gone through the Account Entity and ticked multiple properties that i want audited. But when these are changed on the Account screen on the site nothing gets recorded in the History table.
I have made sure that:
1. The Audited box for the entity itself it checked. 2. The audit boxes for the properties i want recorded are checked. 3. Under the Extended tab the 'Track History To' is set to IHistory.
I thoght that was all thats required but have i missed something??? |

Think ive found the problem, seems you need the Include box checked for the property also. |

Think that theory was a bust. Changes to Account Name record but not changes to AccountManagerID. The only difference i could see was the include box was checked for Account Name but doing this for the manager ID didnt make it record to the history table either. |

If anyones interested or comes across the same issue this is a known defect with Sage but currently no fix..... |

Have you tried auditing the AccountManager relationship property directly? |
