I am trying to add a dependency lookup based on the tickets AreaCategoryIssue lookup. I have added this lookup on the Opp Detail screen. I have a standalone table set up similar to AreaCategoryIssue table. All the lookups return 'Helvetica'. lol. Not sure why.. the only difference I see is that the Ticket lookup LookupEntityName in all three cases is mapped to IAreaCategoryIssue, although it only appears in the dropdown list as AreaCategoryIssue (no I on the front). I tried adding the I to my custom table for that property but still only get 'Helvetica' in the lookups.. Any suggestions? thanks

Just checked the OOB ticket screen dependancy lookup from the front end. I am getting the same behavior (all dep. lookups returning 'Helvtica'.. Has anyone else seen this?

Also weird.. the oob ticket lookup works on another website on the same server..
