Response.Redirect - can't get it working
Posted: 02 Sep 10 4:59 PM
I've seen a number of posts on using a Response.Redirect, but for some reason when I compile my code it doesn't recognize Response as valid.
I tried adding Imports System.Web.UI, but still not working. I'm missing something. Any ideas.
Here's the code:
Response.Redirect("http://localhost/retSCK/RemotePost.aspx?l=" + login + "&p=" + password)
...and I'm using it on a button click event, VB code.
Thanks
Tim

Your concatenation is wrong. It should be:
Response.Redirect("http://localhost/retSCK/RemotePost.aspx?l=" & login & "&p=" & password)
Replace the plus signs with ampersands and youre good.
