All Open Activities List View

Hi All...strange problem. We have a user who, when clicking on the Activities navbar icon to look at his all open activities list view, the list view shows no activites.
He can however see his activites if he clicks on Summary view instead, but no contact shows against many of them.
I have made sure that the filters he is using on the right hand side do return some results. If i log into the web client with his login on my PC then everything works as normal (the list view is there and contacts are there on summary view).
It seems to be restricted to his PC but i cant track the reason down.
Has anyone else come across this? |

Have you cleared out all cookies/cache etc on users machine with the issue?
Are they using a different browser/version to your local machine?
I had some weirdness happen when the calendars were not set up correctly for some users but that wan't machine specific so I don't think thats the problem with yours. |

This could be unrelated to what you are experiencing but I ran across an issue where open activities were not showing up in the web client within the Activity Main View. The problem was with Defect # 1-68130 (SLX v7.5.1). In certain cases, Timeless, Roll Over, Recurring, and Alarm values were being set to NULL. This was preventing them from showing up. If you update these values to an empty string where equal to NULL, that will determine if this issue is what you're experiencing.
