Customer Portal Validation

fiogf49gjkf0d I need to add simple validation to two fields on the Customer portal when adding a new ticket, but don't see where the business rules can go for the customer portal unlike the Web client.
Thoughts?

fiogf49gjkf0d To clarify, all I need to do is validate that there is some data present in these two fields, not parsing what that data actually is. |
