I am trying to make some modifications to the edit address form. Seems that the form in Smartparts Address is actually a custom form used to edit address lines from the address tab.

Does anyone know where I can find the edit address form that is called from the insert Contact/Account form or either Account or Contact Detail form ?

If this is a control, has anyone worked around this yet..?
