Hi All,

Just finished installing the Customer Portal in 7.5.3 and am getting the following error whenever the list view of the Open/Closed Tickets is viewed.

Char: 2079

Error: ‘id’ is null or not an object

Code: 0

URL: http://localhost:4001/slxcustomerportal/Ticket.aspx

This only happens when using IE7, no errors when using Firefox.

I've hit a dead end with this one. Its still an out-of-the-box installation. Any ideas anyone?

Run 7.5.3 Web Hot Fix 1 on Customer Portal and problem solved.
