Hi,

When trying to Send the Ticket details as an Email, nothing is happening if the total number of characters in the body of the Email is more than 1025. Is there any limitation for the max number of characters? I checked the SendTicketEmail.ascx.cs file and didn't find anything. Has anyone else encountered this earler or has a work around for this to make it work as I dont want to truncate the body of the email. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Yes there is a limitation. The Send Ticket Info uses java and a URL string to pass the info to Outlook. So you are limited by the amount of information that can be stored in a URL, I have not found a hard number  to tell you but if you lookup URL limitations you will find your answer.

Best, Brian
