Our LAN client functionality has a template that uses a special custom field.  We are currently in the process of moving to the web client but we get the following error when trying to do a mail merge using this template.. "The Mail Merge Engine encountered an error and cannot continue.  There was an error processing the "..." SLXSPECIAL_CUSTOM field.  This field must be processed in a customized VBScript by the Sales Client... The custom merge field could not be processed because it was not handled in the OnCustomFieldName event.
