When i go to account and view all account, if i do a lookup and search say for any account starting with a

An error occurs : message from webpage - request : status:error, error:undefined

occurs whichever nav item i select and lookup on, have tried viewing error via visual studio but it works fine there? and nothing appears in the event viewer?

Any ideas guys?
