Hi all,

I need to change the default "Detail Report" for contact detail, which is on the Task List tasklet on the right hand side. Do you know how to do that? I've been investigating all the different settings in both AA and the administrative pages in 7.5.3 web client, and can't seem to find where that is.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Nix,

You have to do this in the ShowReportUtil.js file (under Portal Manager -> Sage SalesLogix -> SupportFiles -> jscript -> sage-common. The 1st few lines of the file define the default reports for each entity. The base product sets the default contact report to "Contact:Contact Detail" - change this to the report you want to use.
