Hi - new to the forum, so please excuse me if this should be posted elsewhere (advice appreciated).

We just rolled out a migration to SLX 7.5.3 Web, previously on 7.0 LAN, and after removal of the old SLX Client and then install of the new Desktop Integration Module (on user's pcs) the Send SLX and Record to History features in Outlook are not functioning. Both produce the same error:

Contact(s)/Lead(s) Not Found

The following contact(s)/lead(s) were not found in SalesLogix for the e-mail that was sent. If you still want to record the e-mail to a contact/lead in SalesLogix, click OK and drag-and-drop this e-mail from your Outlook "Sent Items" folder to the appropriate contact/lead.

Obviously the contacts and email addresses are in SLX or I wouldn't be posting this Smile.

Have not been able to find any information on this or any ideas for further investigation.

PS - Yes the Desktop Integration module tests successfully using the "Test" button, and Word integration works correctly for mail merges and proposals, etc. It's just the Outlook piece that's not functioning.  We have tried on Outlook 2007, and 2010 clients.  Running Exchange Server 2007.

Thanks for any help.
