Hi,

We have a problem with a running SLX 7.5.2 web site.

In a running SalesLogix website we received the following error while opening Ticket Entity ListView for all SalesLogix Users,

http://HOSTIP:3333/slxclient/Ticket.aspx The control collection cannot be modified during DataBind, Init, Load, PreRender or Unload phases.

Can anybody suggest the root cause of this and the probable solution.

User: For all users

IIS:7.5

SalesLogix Version:SLX 7.5.2 without any hotfixes

OS: Windows 2008 Server Enterprise 64 Bit

Database: MS SQL Server 2008 64 Bit

We have had this exception come out of nowhere for us in the past on 7.5.2.

Group views work fine on other entities, but for us right now it's Opportunities that are not showing.

In the past, this error has "magically" gone away. I've seen it happen 3 times. You can try commenting out the function that loads the Task Pane, which should bring the page back online at least.
