We currently have many picklists that do not have the "Required" property set and allow for a user to select a blank value.  If I test these picklists in the LAN Architect, they work as they should, displaying all values as well as a blank/<None> value.  Going to the form on the web client however, the blank value is not available in the picklist.  I went so far as to set the "Required" property on the .ascx file to false and then removed it altoghether, but neither of those seemed to have any affect.  And of course, neither the web client nor lan architect will allow me to enter in a blank or null value into a picklist.  Any ideas on this?
