Hello, hello.  I was thinking it'd be easier to find some precise information on this matter but this has proven to be more difficult to ascertain than expected.  With standard SLX Cloud (i.e. not using an Amazon EC2 server), what customizations, if any, are allowed by a SLX partner?  It seems these accounts are likely deployed on the same server which generally implies no outside access to the server for site administration, etc.  Hence, given how SLX Web customizations are performed, this leads me to believe customizations would not be possible except perhaps by PSG.  Also, what about Crystal Reports?  Is it possible to modify existing reports?  Create and upload new ones?  How about data importing - is there a means to execute SQL statements through the provider to do any functions outside the import capabilities?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

Customizations are allowed, absolutely. Crystal Reports are allowed, new and modify existing. You won't be using SQL to import through the provider, that's not the SLX way. For Cloud, LAN, WAN, or Web.

There are plenty of videos, powerpoints, your business partner, SLX, et al that talk about the cloud as well....[I just couldn't find it directly as you found out, you think you can customize, but it isn't laid out for you that yes, in fact, you can!]
