Look in the following location, depending on OS:
Windows 7:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\SalesLogix\Outlook\TempMailDir
WindowsXP: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\AppData\ SalesLogix\Outlook\TempMailDir
There are 2 folders there, MSG and EML. This is the queue location for emails and attachments that need to be sent. If they fail, they may sit there until the next time, when it tries to send them again. Since the first error message is talking about a duplicate key index, I'm wondering if the history record WAS added, but then failed so it couldn't clear out the message, so it tries it again but it already exists. |
