Picklist names with European characters corrupting Your last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

I am developing for a French company. One of the picklists is "réseau" ( note the accute accent over the e).

When openig the picklist , a message "The picklist could not be found" is displayed.

Is this a known issue?
