Issue with SLX Mobile

fiogf49gjkf0d We have been running SLX mobile on our Iphones for months. About a month ago it stopped working, we found that if you clear the website data for SLX on the iphone in Safari you can log back in, if we do not clear the cache it will not recognize your login. I have been working with Sage support on this and they have come up with a resolution we are not satisfied with. They suggest to open the url save it as a bookmark then go and edit the bookmark url and remove the /#login. They said they think that ios5 had an update which has blown up caching and being to login with as normal with out altering the bookmark. Has anyone had this issue rand or have any suggestions?
We are currently on 7.54

fiogf49gjkf0d YES !! Not just me - I thought it was me only! I agree, I reckon it's an IOS update that did it! I've no suggestions unfortunately. |
