We use KnowledgeSync for alerts and some of the alerts have embedded links that automatically open SLX to the record when the user clicks on them. This works fine with the LAN client, even with windows authentication enabled, whether SLX is open or not the LAN client opens to the correct record. Does anyone know how to do this in the Web client or if it's even possible?
