Checkbox and Radio Group alignment problems in 7.2 SP1

Hi All,
I've noticed that in 7.2.1 there is a new property against checkboxes and radio groups called 'Caption Alignment'. When clicking on this property in the properties window, the help text displayed is 'Gets or sets the horizontal alignment of the caption'. As per 7.2.0, there is still a property called ControlLabelPlacement, which shows the following help text: 'Controls where the label is in relation to the control when it is rendered'.
I've tried every combination of these two properties but I get the following behaviour regardless of what I set:
Checkboxes - Caption always appears to the right.
Radio Group - No Caption appears at all.
The consequence of this is set screen layouts which were tidy now look quite messy and having no label for radio groups doesn't look very good.
Has anyone had any luck on this? Any ideas would be appreciated.
