Hi Gino,

It is quite possible that our intelli-CTI solution would work within the Noble infrastructure.

We do need some clarification on exactly what the overall phone infrastructure is.  The key qustion would be what is the actual PBX that you are using.  Noble appear to offer 3 options around either working with a tradition phone system such as Cisco/Avaya etc or providing their own IP or SIP system http://www.noblesys.com/products/IP-VoIP.aspx

Our intelli-CTi product integrates with the underlying phone system, not the call centre application suite that may sit on top of it, which is what Noble also appear to offer.  If you can confirm the underlying PBX then we can give you a more conclusive answer.  We do support the Cisco/Avaya etc type systems see http://www.qgate.co.uk/products/qgate-products/intelli-cti/intelli-cti-compatability/intelli-cti-compatibility-list.aspx

If you have one of the Noble IP or SIP options then we can probably produce a custom driver for this.  I have made an enquiry to the UK office to ask about their APIs to see if this route is possible.

I hope this helps, if you can let me know the details as above, we can assist further.

Hi Rowland,

Our problem is we have two phone systems.  We have an Avaya PBX (yuck!) for inbound and the Noble platform for outbound.  I have spoken to one of your colleagues, Dale Rolley at Q-Gate and our current setup is not ideal for your product.

We are looking at cloud and VOIP solutions for our call center systems, but I heard a rumer that the SLX offers an .exe (SLXLauncher) that may be capable for performing a primary # look up via the PBX and transfer to SLX for a screen pop, therefore handling both inbound and outbound calls.

Not sure if you or anyone has attempted this before...and I'm looking for a road map.

Thank you for your reply.

Regards,

Hi Gino,

There may be an option. the first thing is to confirm a suitable API is avilable from Noble for the IP system.  Having spoken to our development team it is conceptually possible that we could open a second "channel" under our integration.  One channel would be deemed the primary channel on which any outbound actions were made, but we could monitor both channels for inbound.  This would require 2 intelli-CTI servers, 1 per phone system.  There would need to be a commercial discussion around the developement required to support 2 channels.

If this is of interest drop me an email via info@qgate.co.uk and w cna pick this up.

Regards

Rowland.
