i have a very annoying problem.

the tickets have started to increment by 1 if in same account but in move to different account then incremented by 10

i.e. abbot ticket 1,2 AD Foods 12,13

i've only added fields to the insert ticket not changed code so not sure how it changed or why.

Where are these set up? can i change or check that tickets are only ever incremented by 1?

according to sage this right

the web increments by 10

the lan by 1 so users not conflict each other
