SLX8 Web Reporting Install - Error 2337 Your last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

When installing a new instance of SLX v8 Web Reporting on Windows 2008 R2 I get this error.

Error 2337: Could not close file: Interop.SLXRWEL.DLL GetLastError: 0

I found some possible references to "bad media", but nothing specific. Anyone have ideas?
