Hi Folks

For some reason the timeline is working on our development environment but not on the live system.

Everytime you try to load the Account Timeline you get: "Failed to load data XML from TimelineHandler.ashx?...etc Internal Server Error"

If I run the mashup in AA (on either system) it complains something to do with Linq, but as I move up the steps in the mashup and run these individually, it only seems to be the Activity steps that are having this issue.

Any ideas anyone?

Same problem here. "Failed to load data XML from TimelineHandler.ashx?" Ideas?

Sorry, I'm afraid I can't remember, it was a long time ago and I've not worked with SLX for about 2.5 years.

I know this isn't a useful reply, but I didn't want to just stay silent. Hopefully someone else will be along soon to help you.

If it's any help, I'm pretty sure we got it sorted, so that should give you hope that there is a solution
