I just upgraded a long time client from 8 LAN only to 8 Web/Mobile.

We appear all set except for the Role/SecuredActions so I ran the RoleSecurityUtility.

It appears to have generated lots of stuff (no errors in log)

But the "Standard User Role"

- has no users (ok i added them all)

- shows 55 actions in the count but they are all blank !!!

Are there "real"directions for this utility, do I really need to be manually creating all this ??

Is this a defect ?

ok, it appears the Utility worked. However the "Role" Main view hes two Tab views Users and Actions. I added the Users and they show up, however the Actions Tab do NOT display data (i see a record count but no text and underlying data is correct). This appears to be a form/grid issue I can manage the Roles from the Secured Actions Editor, just not from the Role.
