I am using SalesLogix Web and there is a requirement wherein I need to populate a lookup with external DLL method.

This method returns me a Json String.

I understand that valid approach is to create a View and make entity out of it but strictly I need to make a DLL call to populate my lookup control

Rather than the lookup control is it possible to use combobox and then populate the items with the string return from your call..?
