I can attach an attachment to a ticket.
But in order to implement drag and drop feature to the attachments ,when I install SlxDesktopIntegrationSetup.exe , I an neither drag and drop the attachment ,nor I can add attach an attachment by the earlier process.
The error comes.."Internal Server Error".
Please advice.
