I have a client currently using Winfax with 7.0. They will be upgrading to 7.2 in the coming months and would like to know what other options are supported for desktop faxing software in7.2. Is any info on this available anywhere? Any personal favorites? Thanks

FaxRush has been a popular choice in many SLX implementations (I've used it as well many years ago). See http://www.zfirm.com/products/faxrush.shtml FaxRush isn't a desktop faxing solution, it processes it all on the server.

Hello, Steve. Another option is Sage KnowledgeSync -- as it utilizes Microsoft Fax (no extra charge) for sending faxes. KnowledgeSync can send regular faxes, it can send Crystal Report content as faxes, and can send any standard file or document as faxes. And the fax can include any data field(s) from the SLX database or any other databases (singly or combined). And faxes can be automatically triggered based on SQL Triggers or based on any condition of data in the SLX database or conditions between SLX and other application dbs.
