Dear slx-developers!

It's time to post my first post

:

A user has some troubles with adding "letter using templates" to the existing menu. If the user wants to add it, so it does add the template to the menu. But sometimes if the user reselect a template from the added menu it doesen't find the template anymore and gives an error like 'Template can't be find....'. How could that happen and how can I solve this?

Does anybody have the same or a similar issue? Actually it's a standard function you can choose from the main menu "Write" and then "Letter using template"/"More templates..."

I have never seen this issue before. I would guess it is an issue with the users machine. Are any other users having this problem?

Thanks for your advice. I also have to check the "Windows Terminalservers"-profile of that user and if needed I'll delete that profile. Maybe it will help?

That might work. Sometimes I re-create Citrix user's profiles to quickly solve quirky issues like this. Let us know if this works for you.

Deleting "Windows-Terminalserver"-profile wasn't really a good idea?! Because after that, the function "Mail Merge.." doesn't insert an attachment anymore.

. It looks like it lost the path for file deposition for that certain user, from whom I deleted profile. How can I fix that?

False alarm. I overlookt to set te flag, that is needed, if an attachmant is desired. That works again properly. But because deleting profile those settings got lost!
